center;\">The C\u00e9sar Manrique Trophy was first held in 2002, in Puerto Calero, in response to the demand from the local fleet of Lanzarote to have their own event within the Canarian Sailing Circuit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Year after year, the organization aimed to elevate this regatta to the highest level by incorporating new categories that had never sailed outside the Mediterranean. As a result, in 2006, the TP52 class sailed for the first time outside the Mediterranean, and two years later chose Lanzarote for the celebration of its first world championship.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The C\u00e9sar Manrique Trophy has established itself as one of the three most relevant events on the national calendar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">And although 22 years have passed since the first edition, we are celebrating the C\u00e9sar Manrique Trophy again with the same enthusiasm to make this the sailing event of the
