In the end, 17 boats will participate
On Friday night, was held at the Real Club Náutico de Arrecife, the skippers meeting prior to the start of the “X Trofeo César Manrique – RCNA – Calero Marinas”.
The IR (Sailing Instructions) were handed out to the participating skippers, the courses and other details of the races were announced, which will take place 4 for the ORC 0 to 5 class and 3 for the ORC E. The warning signals on Saturday and Sunday will be at 11:00 am.
After the clarification of any doubts that the crews might have, Calero Marinas and the RCNA gave each of them a set with souvenirs and details of this tenth edition.
The César Manrique Regatta, which returns 11 years after its ninth edition in 2010, already has dates for 2022 in what will be its XI edition, to be held between 19 and 21 August in Arrecife, coinciding with the festivities of San Ginés.
This tenth event is sponsored by the Government of the Canary Islands, Islas Canarias – Latitud de Vida, Cabildo de Lanzarote, Turismo Lanzarote, Lanzarote La Isla Diferente, Lanzarote European Sports Destination, Ayuntamiento de Arrecife and Naviera Armas.
